Tickets

Poster House encourages you to purchase tickets online in advance of your visit. Your email confirmation serves as your ticket on site. Tickets may also be purchased at the museum when you arrive.

Strollers

Strollers are welcome at Poster House and in the galleries. Unfortunately, we cannot store strollers unless you are participating in an educational program.

Accessibility

High contrast, large-print exhibition text is available online in advance of your visit or on digital tablets at the museum upon request.

A limited number of wheelchairs are available for use.

Hearing loops are installed at every cash point.

Arriving

Head to the Info Desk for admissions. Give your name or order number from your email confirmation and a Gallery Assistant will verify your reservation. You may also purchase tickets on site at the Info Desk.

Proof of vaccination is not required for museum entry. Poster House does not require wearing a face mask while at the museum, but does strongly encourage visitors to do so. Masks are available at the museum free of charge. If you are feeling sick, please stay home—Poster House will be happy to refund or reschedule your ticket(s). 

Restrooms

All restrooms at Poster House are single-user and gender-neutral, and an ADA accessible bathroom is available on each floor.

Bag & Coat Check

Poster House offers a bag and coat check located behind the Info Desk. Visitors are responsible for any checked items.

Bag and coat check is free of charge.

Groups + Tours

All groups with 10 or more visitors must book in advance; self-guided group tours cannot be accommodated. Poster House offers private tours led by trained staff upon request. Please complete the form to learn about pricing and submit an inquiry.

Virtual tours of the exhibitions on view are also available for groups. Tours run approximately 60 minutes and involve an opportunity for Q&A about the shows with our knowledgeable Educators. Virtual tours combine a live speaker, high resolution photos of posters in our shows, as well as video footage of the galleries.

Feeling Sick?

Stay home if you are feeling sick. For more information about Covid-19, check the CDC website.

An inherent risk of exposure to Covid-19 exists in any public space where people are present. We cannot guarantee that you will not be exposed to Covid-19 during your visit to Poster House. Those visiting Poster House do so at their own risk of such exposure.

Hand Washing

Wash hands and use sanitizer regularly during your visit. Single-occupancy bathrooms are available on both floors of the museum, and hand sanitizer stations have been installed at convenient locations throughout the space.
