Poster Kids: Let’s Play a New Game

Sunday, Nov 28, 2021
9:15–10:15am

Join Poster House on the last Sunday morning of every month, from 9:15–10:15am for a family-friendly, interactive, virtual poster tour and a related art-making experience. Admission is free; advanced registration is required in order to receive link access and a list of suggested materials. See below for details.

LeRoy Neiman designed posters for all kinds of sporting events. Using his work from the current exhibition What’s The Score? The Posters of LeRoy Neiman as inspiration, we will design our own egg-carton sports, promote them through graphics, and compete with our partners!

Materials:
paper and pencil
clean cardboard egg carton
scissors
black marker and colorful markers
pom poms, pipe cleaners, popsicle sticks, tin foil, construction paper and/or other craft materials

Interested in joining us in-person for this tour and workshop? Sign up to participate in-person from 10:30am-12:15pm here.

This online event will be hosted on Zoom. Closed Captioning will be provided. This event will not be recorded due to the presence of minors. Questions about access? Please email Salvador Muñoz, Public Programs Manager, at salvador@posterhouse.org.
