Forget about boring museum tours! Our Chief Curator Angelina Lippert is known for her relatable, funny anecdotes and casual style. This in-person presentation will explore the relationship between Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts and Vera List, and the early advertising posters she helped commission for the famed institution.
Questions and fabulous attire are encouraged!
Due to ongoing public health protocols, masks will be mandatory and proper social distancing will be encouraged at all times. The museum will not be serving food or drink, but attendees will receive a special gift bag to take home.

Angelina Lippert Angelina Lippert is the Chief Curator of Poster House in New York City, the first museum in the United States dedicated to the impact and history of the poster. She holds an MA in the art of the Russian Avant-Garde from the Courtauld Institute of Art in London, and a BA in theology and art history from Smith College. She is the author of The Art Deco Poster, and has lectured at SVA, The Cooper Union, Columbia University, the Sotheby’s Institute of Art, and the New York Public Library. She is a contributing writer to The Muse by Clio Entertainment, and is an editor for Vintage Poster magazine.
